Laser hair removal

We are passionate about laser hair removal not just about the results in hair loss but the results it has on eradicating ingrown hairs. We have had the pleasure of working with different skin types and have had excellent results in ingrown hair reduction increasing confident in our clients.

Our medical grade lasers offer a rapid and gentle way to remove unwanted and ingrown hairs, leaving your skin silky smooth. Our lasers use the crystal freeze cooling technology to help reduce discomfort.

We offer a full personal service, which begins with a consultation and patch test to ensure you are safe for treatment and to discuss your concerns.

How treatment works

The treatment works as pulses of light are absorbed by the melanin in the hair. The melanin converts the light into heat which kills the follicle ensuring any hair is unable to re-grow.



The treatment is only effective on the growing hairs, this is because they are currently attached to the follicle. The majority of the hair will be in the resting stage (not attached to the follicle yet still in the skin). This is why a number of treatments will be required to ensure that we have captured all the hairs within the growth stage, in the desired area, to deliver the results you will be completely satisfied with.

Waxing

With over 25 years of experience collectively within the BLB team in the beauty industry. Body language beauty specialises in waxing making us a great option to go with.

Some people haven't come around to the idea of Laser and we don't force this on you so you also have the option to wax instead. 


As well as waxing services, we offer after care advice especially suited to those who experience in-grown hairs. We don't use the regular paper wax strips, we use special cloth strips which allows a more pleasant experience. 


Ingrown hairs are unsightly bumps usually caused as a result of shaving, however some people can have this after waxing if they are not advised or go without the proper after care.


Our advice include natural lotion or gel and exfoliating advice. We keep up to date with market products to ensure the best advice is given at all times. Some products can also be purchased from us if it makes it easier for you.
